Charter of the Third Legion
ARTICLE I - MISSION
- To provide for welfare of the community, protect the weak, guidance to the young.
ARTICLE II - CODE OF CONDUCT
Your actions are a reflection of the Legion. The code of conduct is non-negotiable, and you may be dismissed immediately for violating any of them.
- You shall follow orders of higher ranking members, provided they are reasonable.
- You must attend one guild event a week, or inform a noble officer of any prolonged absence.
- You must remain in uniform at all times, with exceptions only by permission of a noble.
- In-game relations or disputes not resolved maturely will result in dismissal of both parties.
- You will help anyone seeking assistance, within your ability, or inform an Elder or higher rank if you cannot.
- You are responsible for any non-Legion members you invite to guild or Alliance events.
- On alternate characters, do not attack Alliance or guild members or advertise Legion membership if conducting unsavory business.
ARTICLE III - RECRUITMENT & MEMBERSHIP
- Recruits serve 90 day probation; membership is granted based on participation.
- Membership in guild is acceptance of the charter and code of conduct.
- Uniform consists of not too bright or too dark blue clothing, covering over half of body.
ARTICLE IV - COUNCIL ELDERS
- Elders and up; make recommendations on guild policy, promotions, and discipline.
ARTICLE V - RANKS
The following is the ranks, listed from highest to lowest:
- Duke/Duchess -overall commander of the Legion.
- Count/Countess - head of noble house, and second in command of the Legion.
- Baron/Baroness -head of noble house, recruits one House Captain and up to ten House Guards.
- House Captain - second in command of a household guard, to serve their lord/lady.
- Elder Knight - granted in recognition of extraordinary lifetime service and loyalty, may share in duties of recruitment, interviewing, and guild policy change recommendations.
- Knight of the Crown - granted in second recognition of service and loyalty.
- Squire of the Crown -granted in first recognition of service and loyalty.
- Guardsman - full member status.
- Cadet - probationary membership.
