The Marketplace
The Marketplace consists of two buildings, the Vendor House (South Market) and the Exchange House (North Market), as well as a guild (Merchant Alliance of Darkmoor). For more information, click below:
North Market - Exchange House
North Market is the center of the Merchant District of Darkmoor. It houses the Open Market, Auction House, and Darkmoor Commodity Exchange (DMCE) in the top floor.
Top Floor of North Market
The Darkmoor Commodity Exchange, on the top floor. The exchange counter allows patrons to exchange various raw resources for other resources at market value. Need valorite ingots? Perhaps you have excess boards, or verite ingots. You can exchange your items for the corresponding value in valorite ingots, minus a small transaction fee.
First Floor of North Market
The first and second floors are the Open Market, where merchants can come and rent stalls and sell their products. This allows all buyers and sellers to meet in one location (unlike the West Brit Bank, which depends on buyers and sellers being there at the same time). We will eventually have weekly Market Faires to allow people to come sell their wares.
Second Floor of North Market
This is the same as the first floor, simply more stalls.
Third Floor of the Marketplace
The Auction Hall on the third floor is currently inactive, as it is not meant to be a weekly event, but once in a while. We hope to hold service auctions in the future.
Sorth Market - Vendor House
South Market is the primary vendor house of Darkmoor. It houses two floors of vendors, offering virtually all items for sale. In the near future we will be expanding to branch vendor houses..
