All pots and pans spawn in the Covetous Corpser room about every month.
Pots (3 Types):
The first change is they no longer spawn every few server ups, and the second which merely confuses the issue is they recently spawned on Baja in the middle of the day, with no server down before hand. I'm not sure if maybe there was something I am not taking into consideration, but myself, and everyone I talked to, missed it. Possibly OSI was experimenting on changing some rares from a maintenance related spawn into a Legitimate planned spawn. The only reason that I would even report it here (only happened once that I know of) is that the servers didn't crash that day, at the period when several members of the Dev team were considering rares, and water buckets had been killed shortly before.
All things in UO are subject to change, and most things in UO that are popular or valuable are changed somewhat from time to time, we have seen it happen in the Rares market with the additions of Glacial Staffs/Daemon bone armor and with the Killing of small water buckets. If a change is planned to the spawning cycle I will keep you posted! :)
